Food took an hour and half to arrive. I called in and complained but only got excuses as to why my meal was a cold. They made no attempt to right the situation...they didn't even apologize.

Hunan's is always consistent and Beyond Menu got it to me quickly .

Quick delivery. Good chinese food. Spicy dishes weren't all that spicy.

Food was VERY fresh and well cooked (especially vegetables) but our dumpling sauce was missing (who wants to eat dumplings without sauce?) and the spare ribs were not good.

We have enjoyed Hunan's Restaurant for decades. Both at it's Bellaire Blvd. location and it's delivery service. It is now great to be able to place our order online and pay for it (including tipping) as well.
